Acceptance of Terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the website, APIs, tools, and services provided by AIsh.li ("we", "us", or "our").

By accessing AIsh.li, creating an account, calling our APIs, or embedding our widgets, you agree to be bound by these Terms. You must be at least 16 years old and legally able to form a binding contract to use our services.

Platform Services

AIsh.li provides an AI agent platform that allows users to create, test, and manage conversational assistants, embed interactive chat widgets on authorized websites, and access structured conversational APIs.

Acceptable Use Policy

You agree not to use AIsh.li to:

  1. Violate any applicable laws, regulations, or third-party rights.
  2. Generate, distribute, or facilitate illegal, abusive, harassing, defamatory, or harmful content.
  3. Distribute malware, viruses, phishing schemes, or spam.
  4. Attempt to reverse engineer, scrape, disrupt, overload, or bypass security barriers, rate limits, or quota guardrails of AIsh.li or connected AI providers, or create multiple accounts to evade trial or billing limits.
  5. Misrepresent the nature of an AI assistant by deceptively claiming it is a real human.
  6. Process sensitive regulated data (such as protected health information, payment card numbers, or personal data of children) or operate life-critical, medical, emergency, or high-risk autonomous systems without a dedicated written Enterprise agreement.

Embeddable Widgets & Customer Responsibility

When embedding AIsh.li chat widgets on your websites or digital properties, or connecting external tools, webhooks, or third-party API keys (BYOK):

  • You act as the data controller for your end visitors and are solely responsible for ensuring that your website provides all legally required privacy notices, disclosures, and visitor consents required to host the widget.
  • You must keep your authorized origin domains updated on the Widget Sites settings page to prevent unauthorized usage.
  • You are solely responsible for the instructions, prompts, knowledge sources, external tools (such as MCP servers), and API keys you configure, as well as any actions or third-party charges they incur.
  • AIsh.li is not responsible for interactions, representations, or disputes between your website visitors and your custom-configured agents.

Subscriptions, Credits & Billing

  • AIsh.li offers Free Trial and paid subscription plans powered by secure payment processing.
  • Platform credits are a measurement of compute and token usage (including input, output, reasoning, and tool-execution tokens) and have no monetary or cash value, are non-transferable, and are non-refundable.
  • To prevent runaway usage, AIsh.li enforces automated pre-flight balance checks, per-turn token and budget caps, and concurrency limits.
  • Subscriptions can be managed or cancelled at any time through your account settings. Except where explicitly required by applicable law, all paid subscription fees and consumed credits are non-refundable.

AI Output & Warranty Disclaimer

AI model outputs are generated probabilistically. AIsh.li makes no warranties regarding the accuracy, completeness, reliability, or legality of AI- or LLM-generated responses or tool executions. Outputs do not constitute professional (legal, medical, financial, or tax) advice and cannot form binding commitments. You are solely responsible for evaluating and verifying AI outputs before relying on them.

THE SERVICES, APIS, AND WIDGETS ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, OR STATUTORY, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, OR UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR SECURE OPERATION.

Limitation of Liability & Indemnification

To the fullest extent permitted by law, AIsh.li shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill, arising out of or related to your use of or inability to use our services. In no event shall AIsh.li's total aggregate liability for all claims relating to the services exceed the greater of: (a) the total amount actually paid by you to AIsh.li in the one (1) month immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim, or (b) USD

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless AIsh.li from and against any third-party claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or related to your custom agents, prompts, embedded widgets, website visitors, connected tools, or violation of these Terms or applicable law.

Suspension, Modifications & Contact

We reserve the right to suspend, throttle, or terminate access to our services at any time for suspected violation of these Terms, abuse, security risks, or non-payment, and to modify or discontinue features or update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the platform after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If any provision of these Terms is held unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
